TERMS OF SERVICE
1. AGREEMENT PROTOCOLS
By accessing the FromCloud network, or engaging our engineers for deployment, you agree to be bound by these operational parameters. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediate terminate your connection.
2. SERVICE DEFINITIONS
CONSULTING
Strategic advice on infrastructure architecture. We provide the blueprints; the client retains ownership of the execution environment unless managed services are retained.
DEPLOYMENT
Active code committal and infrastructure provisioning. FromCloud warrants functionality at the time of deployment but assumes no liability for drift caused by client intervention.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users granted access to our client portals or code repositories must maintain strict credential hygiene. Any breach originating from client-side negligence is the sole responsibility of the client.
4. LIABILITY LIMITERS
In no event shall FromCloud Systems be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our liability is largely limited to the value of the specific contract in question.
