1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging FROMCLOUD for professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Consulting and Advisory

Strategic guidance on cloud architecture and infrastructure design. We provide recommendations and blueprints; the client retains ownership of their execution environment unless managed services are explicitly included in the engagement scope.

Delivery and Implementation

Engineering, deployment, and provisioning services as defined in individual service agreements. FROMCLOUD warrants that delivered systems function as specified at time of handover. We are not liable for changes or drift introduced by the client after delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients granted access to shared repositories, project management tools, or delivery environments are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. Any breach resulting from client-side credential misuse is the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FROMCLOUD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.

Our aggregate liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid under the relevant service agreement.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
