PRIVACY PROTOCOL
1. SIGNAL INTERCEPTION (Data Collection)
When engaging with the FromCloud node network, certain telemetry is inevitably captured. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Direct Transmission: Data you explicitly submit via Uplink Forms (Identity, Frequency/Email).
- Passive Telemetry: IP addresses, terminal types, and traversal paths through our infrastructure.
2. SIGNAL PROCESSING (Usage)
Captured data is processed solely for the optimization of the network and the fulfillment of requested contracts. We do not broadcast your unique identifiers to the open web or unauthorized observers.
Your signal is used to:
- Establish secure communication channels.
- Execute deployment maneuvers and infrastructure audits.
- Maintain the integrity of the "Vanguard" status.
3. ENCRYPTION STANDARDS (Security)
All stored intelligence is guarded behind industry-standard cryptographic barriers. While absolute security in the digital realm is a theoretical impossibility, our defenses are architected to repel all but state-level adversaries.
4. THIRD-PARTY RELAYS
We may route traffic through trusted partners (e.g., Cloud Providers, Analytics Nodes). These entities are bound by strict non-disclosure pacts effectively extending our privacy perimeter to their localized operations.
